I'm a small-town girl just trying to live her best life. I grew up following my parents around with whatever project they were working on. My dad was in construction my entire childhood and definitely inspired my love of hands-on projects. While my mom doesn't have much time for it anymore, she used to sew and scrapbook quite frequently, which led to my love of crafts. I was incredibly involved with 4-H growing up and couldn't wait to show off my projects each year.

+ My guilty pleasure is the four cheese mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders from Applebee's
+ My unpopular opinion: Grape-flavored things should be wiped off the face of the Earth
+ I don't say hate very often, but I HATE scary things...horror movies, porcelain dolls, the creepy bear statues at the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo
